The Three Rivers City Commission unanimously adopted a set of City Commission/City Administration Guidelines meant to clarify roles and interactions between the elected body and city staff. At-Large Commissioner Lucas Allen moved for adoption and At-Large Commissioner Torrey Brown seconded; the minutes record the motion as carried unanimously.
