The Three Rivers City Commission voted unanimously to adopt "The Meeting Will Come to Order" as the parliamentary procedure reference it will use for meetings. At-Large Commissioner Lucas Allen moved for adoption and At-Large Commissioner Torrey Brown seconded the motion; the minutes record the action as carried unanimously.
