The Three Rivers City Commission unanimously appointed Fourth District Commissioner Carolyn McNary as the body’s mayor pro-tem during its Nov. 13, 2025, meeting at the Commission Chamber, 333 W. Michigan Ave. At-Large Commissioner Lucas Allen moved to appoint McNary and Third District Commissioner Anthony Stanfill seconded; the motion carried unanimously.
