Police recognition and FY 2024–25 audit presented; two citizen appointments approved
Police Chief Scott Boling recognized James Ballard for 25 years of service and Lauren Chatterton of Gaibridge Company presented the FY 2024–2025 audit reports. The commission also appointed Sarah McCarthy to the Zoning Board of Appeals and Naomi Medeiros to the Historic District Commission.

During the Jan. 20, 2026 meeting Police Chief Scott Boling presented James Ballard with a certificate recognizing 25 years of service to the police department. The commission also heard the Fiscal Year 2024–2025 audit reports from Lauren Chatterton of Gaibridge Company.
