Representatives from Make My Move described a national recruitment platform the county could use to attract new residents and workers. Scott, the vendor representative, said the platform already hosts pages for other locales and vets applicants for eligibility, housing and job match; Fond du Lac — an example cited in the presentation — attracted hundreds of applicants in early weeks and provided demographic breakdowns by age, state of origin and employment sector.
