The public hearing item for a fence variance at 1201 Treehouse Lane was withdrawn, Planning Director Lisa Hannon told the board during their meeting. Hannon said the property — a D.R. Horton home being sold under contract — had its fence moved to the correct location and the applicant requested withdrawal of the variance.
