The Bristol Bay Borough Assembly moved into an executive session during its April 16 special meeting to conduct a manager evaluation and returned at 07:50, with the Chair saying, "We're back from executive session at 07:50." The Chair then reported that "No action was taken in executive session, but I would like to appoint, Rob Babiak to do, tomorrow meet with the manager and and negotiate some contract term." The Chair proposed the appointment and members indicated agreement.
