Task force and ZBA adjourn after chapter 48 briefing; slides to be shared
After the KP Law presentation, members moved and voted to adjourn the Zoning Task Force and the Zoning Board of Appeals; staff said Carolyn's slides would be distributed the next day and boards planned follow-up work on bylaw changes before May 2027.

Following Carolyn Murray's presentation, the zoning task force and the zoning board of appeals conducted short closing procedures. Martin Ridge asked for a motion to close the zoning task force; a member seconded and the task force voted in the affirmative.
