Judge Henington presented a $5,000 settlement to Finova Capital/Cascade Leasing relating to county credit-card processing equipment and the court approved the payment. Commissioner Ruben Ortega moved to approve the settlement and Commissioner William "Mo" Morrow seconded; the motion passed 5-0.
