The MILDRED ISD board held a public hearing on the 2024–2025 First Report and recorded that the district "earned a perfect score - 100 - A - Superior Achievement." The board then formally approved the First Report during the action portion of the meeting; Trustee Shane Farmer moved for approval and Trustee Leslie Hayes seconded. Recorded votes show the motion passed with five yeas and two absences.
