Board approves $19.6 million guaranteed maximum price for new elementary school

Bryan Parma, vice president of pre-construction for Jackson Construction, presented the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the new elementary school included in the 2025 bond program, recommending a construction cost of $19,603,856. Parma told trustees the figure follows a review of bids from roughly 100 subcontractors and is intended as the maximum payable for the project as drawn.
