WSF previews ticketing modernization timeline and February 24-hour transfer-span closures
Washington State Ferries staff told the FAC that CRM work for ticketing will occur first, an RFP for the TRM is expected later this year, and vehicle-transfer-span upgrades will require 24-hour closures in February 2027; reservation release timing (late October) is driving the schedule.
