The court approved issuing a request for qualifications to hire an expert to perform a forensic evaluation of a standing-seam metal roof at 210 West Calvert, produce a report and be available to testify in arbitration arising from litigation with the roofing contractor. Staff said the expert's report must evaluate whether the roof was installed properly and be usable in arbitration proceedings.
