BRG Architects and Commissioner Wesley Ezzard presented final construction documents for the Precinct 4 Service Center and JP Office and sought authority to issue construction documents for competitive sealed proposals. "I went through them... there were a lot of spelling mistakes and stuff like that. I sent that to Mr. Blackman to correct and he has signed off," the commissioner said, noting he had reviewed and requested corrections.
