Mayor Noel read Ordinance 24-O-3261 by title: "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY OF COLUMBIANA CODE PROVISIONS AS SET FORTH IN CHAPTER 618, AT SECTION 618.01 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIANA, OHIO." Dan Dattilio moved to approve under second reading; John Yenges seconded. The roll-call vote was unanimous and the ordinance passed.
