Mayor Rick Noel read Ordinance 24‑O‑3263 by title only as "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A SPECIAL FUND KNOWN AS THE COUNTY LINE ROAD SEWER ASSESSMENT FUND." Council member Amanda Banner moved approval under second reading and Richard Liston seconded; roll call recorded five yeas and the motion passed.
