County transitions to MIPS system and approves small budget transfer

County Clerk Steven Schneider told the board the new MIPS program conversion went well and that some reports look different but contain the same information. He said combining reimbursements into a single check will reduce printing costs and asked all payees to complete new banking‑information sheets because the county is moving accounts from Frontier Bank to Equity Bank.
