Emergency Manager Kevin Garvin presented the final draft of the Local Emergency Operations Plan (LEOP) to the board during the May 12 meeting. Chairman Dick Donner moved to adopt the plan via Resolution 26-9; Commissioner David McGregor seconded and the motion carried 3-0, formally adopting the LEOP.
