The Board reviewed and approved the General Account bill pay, which included vendor invoices, payroll liabilities and board member stipends. The minutes list specific line items such as Xcel Energy $1,786.28, Pinnacol Assurance $1,310.00, and Administrator/Clerk Melissa Matthews payroll $2,547.99. The General Account payment motion was moved by Duke Gerber and seconded by Garrett Alexander and recorded as approved.
