Thurston County supervisors voted March 23 to accept Midwest Engineering Services' sealed proposal to provide engineering services for three bridge replacements — Pender West (County Road 11 north of Highway 16), Winnebago West (County Road 23 north and west of D Avenue) and Pender South (Mill Road south of Industrial Road) — at a cost not to exceed $40,000.
