On July 21, 2026, the Pawnee County Board of Equalization approved the county assessor’s recommended valuation adjustments for multiple property protests during a public hearing at the county’s first-floor meeting room. Jan Lang moved to approve the assessor’s recommendations and Lavon Heidemann seconded; Chairman Ron Seitz, Lang and Heidemann voted yes on the motion.
