The Colfax County Board of Commissioners authorized the Chairman on July 14 to sign an Interlocal Agreement with the Lower Elkhorn Natural Resource District for a stream bank stabilization project on the southwest bank of the East Fork Maple Creek at County Road 17. The motion carried with unanimous votes recorded (Mejstrik, Wendt, and Grotelueschen voting YES).
