Clay County approves conditional use permit for The Towers LLC after public hearing
Following a public hearing and confirmation that the project posed no hazard to air navigation, the Clay County Board of Supervisors approved the conditional use permit for The Towers, LLC by unanimous vote.

The Clay County Board of Supervisors opened a public hearing on July 28 for a Conditional Use Permit application from The Towers, LLC and heard a presentation from Planning & Zoning Administrator Barb Barnett and a representative for the applicant, Woody Krog. Supervisor Eric Samuelson asked whether aerial application posed a risk; Krog said the project received a "determination of no hazard to air navigation."
