Highway & Weed Superintendent Tim Burgeson presented Resolution 2026-6 proposing a transfer from the Inheritance Fund to the Road/Bridge Construction Fund. The board voted on a motion to approve the resolution; the motion failed on a recorded roll call. Committee members then moved to amend the claims and not pay the transfer under Resolution 2026-6, instead moving the transfer to the next budget year; that motion carried on roll call.
