Alderwoman Huels moved to continue the 4 Wheels, 1 Purpose special-event request after the applicant emailed on Aug. 27 requesting the Board waive some insurance requirements. The motion to continue the request to the September Committee meeting was seconded and recorded; the Board did not act on the request tonight.
