The Town of Ordway council approved engaging GMS for a water-rate study at the Nov. 10 meeting. The motion to approve the GMS water-rate study was moved by Council Member Ron Sisneros and seconded by Pro Tem Tracy Pepper; the minutes record the vote as approved 6-0.
