Administrator Phil Dorenkamp reported that only one vendor, GB ATM, submitted a bid for RFQ 25-C005 and proposed charging $3.50 per transaction; the vendor stated it would not compensate the county until the ATM became profitable. The Board approved the RFQ and award as presented.
