The Macomb County Board of Commissioners presented two proclamations on June 11: a recognition of Utica Community Schools as one of the NAMM Foundation's 2026 "Best Communities for Music Education" and an award acknowledging Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Dale Vandevrede for receiving the Kimberly Cahill civility award.
