Township Administrator Jamie Fisher presented revisions to Article 2 (Hours and Compensation) of the Norwich Township Employee Handbook to add guidance on limited alternative work locations and clarify hourly employee timekeeping expectations. Fisher said the updates preserve department heads’ discretion for limited telework while reserving broader telework authority to the Board in emergencies or facility closures.
