Commission approves Summit Ridge Estates rezone and major subdivision over objections
After public testimony raising density, traffic and sewer concerns, the Lincoln County Commission approved File 602 RZ 26 (Summit Ridge Estates rezone) and File 705 MA 26 (major subdivision) with an added condition requiring a paved pathway on North Forty Drive; the votes were 2–1 with Commissioner Shumway dissenting.
