County staff told the board they asked the camera contractor to provide alternate bids so the courthouse, annex, landfill and other county facilities could have compatible systems and potentially be brought online together. A department head said that combining additional sites could push the project over the currently budgeted capital amount and may require either a budget amendment or delaying some work to the next fiscal year.
