Staff presented proposed amendments to a contract with David’s Engineering to support construction management and design/bidding for Prop 68 Round 2–funded recharge projects in the Chowchilla subbasin. The two proposals include construction management for Choctawissa Basin ($366,700) and design/bidding support for the Talley diversion ($165,000), together totaling $531,700. Staff said all costs will be reimbursed by Proposition 68 grant funds.
