The Decatur ISD Board of Trustees approved wireless upgrades at McCarroll Middle School, funded through Blended Learning Grant money, at the Aug. 27 special meeting. Trustee Matt Joiner moved the motion and Trustee Delvon Campbell seconded it; the motion passed 6–0.
