Dundy County Commissioners approved Resolution No. 76-2026-10 at a special meeting on June 29, 2026. Commissioner Aaron Keiser moved to approve the resolution and Commissioner Tom Richard seconded; the motion passed with unanimous ayes. The meeting record lists Chairman Sye Tecker, Commissioners Keiser and Richard, Deputy Clerk Christina Collier, Assessor Tish Burrell, and Treasurer Penny Denny as present.
