Scott Lee of the county Planning & Zoning office told the Board that the Planning Commission had approved a request to rezone Parcel 064-030A from A1 to R1 and that there was no public opposition. Commissioner Terri Lodge Kelly moved to approve the rezoning; Commissioner Rodney Braswell seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
