Commissioners add Security First Bank branch to county depository list

County staff asked the board to add Security First Bank, a branch newly opened in Scotts Bluff County in April, to the county depository list to permit placing investments or deposits there if favorable rates are available. Staff noted the bank took over a local building formerly occupied by First National/First Interstate and has corporate ties to a Rapid City office; the board approved adding the bank by motion and unanimous vote.
