Public comment began during the April 28 meeting. Sue Broadhurst spoke about a plat omission from the April 21 agenda and a misspelling in the record. Later in the meeting, Bill Kluck addressed parcel valuations, saying one property "is used as grazing only," noting work in Pierre on Class 4 soils and warning that inflation is affecting property taxes.
