At the Sept. 22 HRA meeting, staff summarized capital projects and development activity across the county’s HRA portfolio. Tanya said the agency incorporated capital needs assessments into senior-building budgets and is preparing plans and specifications for work at the Willows (siding, windows, septic), while pursuing loan and financing options for multi-family projects including a Blaine project and the Kump's Heights development.
