Hughes County Commissioners approved a Consent for Access to Property and a Waiver of Liability to allow an asbestos inspection and evaluation of the courthouse through the South Dakota Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources (DANR). Commissioner Randy Brown moved the action and Commissioner Tom Rounds seconded; the minutes record the motion passing with all voting Aye.
