The Gregory County Commission on Feb. 17 approved a revised Planning & Zoning fee schedule designed to simplify and standardize fees for building permits, variances, conditional-use permits, and rezoning requests. Planning and Zoning Administrator Julie Bartling presented the proposal, recommending $100 for most new-permit categories and $50 for maintenance items such as roofing and siding. "Residential Building Permits: New Single-Family Residence - $100.00; Maintenance ... - $50.00," the proposal listed.
