The Gregory County Board of Commissioners approved the plat "Lot 1, Hausmann Third Subdivision," located in the SW¼ of Section 23, T96N, R69W of the 5th P.M., Gregory County. The board adopted a resolution finding the plat met requirements of SDCL 11-3-8 and approved it on Jan. 20, 2026; the minutes record a roll-call vote with Warner, Glover, Boes, Janousek and Biggins voting aye.
