After reviewing the accessory‑use section, commissioners recommended removing a prescriptive list of permitted household occupations (which excluded some professions) and shifting to performance-based conditions such as hours, noise limits, employee counts, and parking and screening requirements. A member summarized the drafting change that won consensus: "Provide and maintain off street parking and adequately screen from adjoining properties." That language replaces vague references to 'reasonably dustless' surfaces.
