Melissa Moto, representing the Web County/City of Laredo Regional Mobility Authority (RMA), provided a status update on the North Laredo Transportation Reinvestment Zone (TRZ) study requested by the committee. Moto said the analysis work is complete and staff will meet with City of Laredo personnel to refine proposed zone boundaries before returning to the policy committee and city council with a Phase‑One report for public review and action.
