Eric Shernenberger, the project's architect, presented plans to add a dormer facing the water, enlarge a kitchen window and optionally extend a rear deck at 33 Fair Street (Spencer). He said the deck is unlikely now because of cost, but the dormer and some window changes remain the primary requests.
