Select Board notes Bennington County approval for Sportsmen Road projects
Bennington County Regional Commission reviewer Jim Henderson approved the town's 2025–2026 Sportsmen Road projects and will return to inspect hydrologically connected segments, which must be inspected every five years; highway crew updates and equipment movements were also reported.

Road Commissioner David R. Tatro updated the board on multiple highway items at the Sept. 18 meeting. He said East Road sweeping is scheduled for next week, a new highway laborer starts Monday, and the crew will remove roadside trees to make room for snow pushing.
