The Fallsburg Planning Board voted to adopt the final scoping document that will guide environmental review of the Infinity Hills Estate, a proposed 159‑unit residential development. The scoping document — an outline of the analyses and questions that will appear in a future draft environmental impact statement — was updated to reflect comments from board members and the public and approved with a motion from the board.
