TxDOT-controlled roadway project remains on schedule; construction expected after Jan. 1
A project presenter told the BK Development Corporation that plans have been submitted to TxDOT and comments are being addressed; the project will be TxDOT-controlled after letting and is on track to be let and start construction shortly after Jan. 1, with procurement handled by TxDOT.

At the Sept. 22 meeting, a presenter updated the board on a roadway project that will be administered by the Texas Department of Transportation once it is let. The presenter said plans and required documents have been submitted and are under TxDOT review; only minor comments have been returned and the engineer of record is responding.
