Developers present downtown mixed‑use plan; target to break ground spring 2027

Representatives of the Downtown Development Group and architect Jeremy Duzanne presented an updated general area plan for the proposed downtown project and laid out major milestones. The team said demolition is complete and cited a phase‑one milestone around May 15; they expect to submit planning and entitlement materials including the PUD in early July and "break ground spring of 2027," the development team said, with the goal of completing construction within three years of PUD approval.
