Staff reports progress on Anderson Street and discusses possible Oak View paving timing change

Engineering staff reported Anderson Street improvements are nearing completion with a final pay estimate expected soon and that Windstream plans were submitted for the 20.7 street project; council and staff discussed deferring Oak View paving until spring to reduce winter maintenance risks and to accommodate contract and rebate deadlines.
