Human Resources Manager Deb Preell presented the newly negotiated collective bargaining agreement between the city and International Association of Firefighters Local 1892 for casual part‑time firefighters. Preell said this is the union’s first contract since certification and the agreement establishes a five‑step wage schedule in place of no prior scale.
